Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing A&S Legal. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that plans can change.

1. Consultation Cancellations

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without any penalty, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("No-Show"), no refund will be issued. The lawyer has reserved their time specifically for you.

4. Lawyer Unavailability

In the unlikely event that the lawyer is unable to attend the consultation, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
